the 'Silicon-Valley' of India. We have placed more than
25% of our total placements for the year ending 2000 -
2001 in the Telecom areas for US clients and the balance
in various large MNCs and leading IT Companies in
Bangalore. We currently have the following positions :
TARGET
has been in the Placement Services since 1986 specialising
in the placement of people in Office Support Functions. We
ave always worked in niche segments including Telecom,
Human Resources Management and Bio-Informatics, after year
2000. We have a partner Company in the USA, in Dallas
who are into Telecom out-sourcing and consulting
activities. We selected as many as 30 Telecom Software
professionals in the last 18 months for our partners.

Besides
Professional Placements in the niche segments, we also
undertake project assignments for selecting candidates to
meet all the manpower requirements of the clients. We also
carry out search assignments for very senior positions
like General Managers, Managing Directors, Presidents etc.

Target
in its first year of diversifation into the newer areas of
placements grew in revenues by 346.25% and in its second
year of operation, year ending 2001 - 2002 an increase of
233.33% over the base year.The year 2002 - 2003 has begun
well with an unprecedented number of enquieries and
successful placements.

in high standards of integrity in all its financial
dealings. Target does not charge any fee from Candidates
and collect Service fees only from Companies. Target does
not place the same candidate again with out an authentic
clearence from the client
